Welcome to Tree of Life Bible Studies

The main purpose of this site to provide you with some keys to understand the Bible as a single story. 

There are many sub–plots but one unifying theme – God’s purpose to restore His broken creation.

The teaching has been shaped by some personal convictions:

• The Bible is the supreme source of wisdom.
• The Old and New Testaments form a single revelation of God’s unfolding purposes.
• Story is the chief genre of the Bible. The overall theme is “Creation to New Creation”.
• The Author Himself has entered the story in the person of Jesus.

You will be confronted by a question and a challenge:

• Who is this God?
• How does He want me to live?

The site has been enhanced by inclusion of a new page containing short commentaries by Dr. R. N. (Bob) Caswell, covering all of the New Testament. Commentaries on the former Scriptures (OT) will follow in due course.
